Anti-corruption enforcement action is in a time of great transition. With the Executive Order that halted FCPA enforcement and subsequent DOJ guidance that realigned the focus of FCPA investigations and cases, many corporate compliance officers have been asked to answer questions and predict next steps at a time of uncertainty in compliance and governance.
Join us for this annual webinar to hear Lisa Miller, Partner at Sidley Austin LLP, as she speaks about enforcement trends, how post-election changes continue to shape anti-corruption policy and actions, the value of well-run internal investigations, and the ever-evolving space of compliance.
The FCPA Year in Review 2025 will help your team to better shape your compliance program for the coming year. Therefore, please join us, and come with your most pertinent questions for Lisa!
*CLE credits are available for this webinar in the following states only – TX, VA, NY, NJ, CA. Additional instructions on how to obtain CLE credits will be provided during the webinar.
