Highlighting data from the most recent TRACE Matrix and Global Enforcement Report, paired with her 10+ years of experience in managing channel partners Adina will share her thoughts on how to properly address issues identified during the due diligence process including steps for red flag remediation, recommendations for seamless partner onboarding including tips for ensuring smooth cross-departmental communication with the business and considerations for when and how to conduct an audit of your channel partners including discussion of how data analytics play into the same.

Adina has been with W.L. Gore for over 3 years as the Medical Products Division Global Channel Compliance Leader, responsible for Channel Partner compliance and audits. Before becoming a Gore Associate, Adina worked at Steele (now Diligent), a third-party due diligence and management software services provider, for over 10 years. Starting in investigations, she rose to director of several global investigative teams, then moved into Client Success where she built third-party compliance programs for international clients.
Adina is based in Colorado. She earned her MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago and a BA in Geography from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
