Tuesday, 15 July 2025 | 10:00 AM AM EDT (2:00 PM GMT)

We are in a time of great uncertainty with respect to enforcement actions. With recent shifts in global regulatory and enforcement paradigms, in particular in the U.S., many global multinational organizations are wondering whether corrupt practices are still perceived in the same way.

Do compliance programs need a decisive overhaul? How are nations now viewing their role in combatting bribery and corruption in the global market?

Join global anti-corruption expert, Nicola Bonucci, current Legal Advisor to the ICCROM, Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Paris Cité, member of the Board of the Basel Institute on Governance and former Director for Legal Affairs at the OECD as he shares his thoughts on the future of global anti-corruption efforts.

Learn what trends Mr. Bonucci sees unfolding on the global stage as well as preparatory actions global multinationals can take now to prepare for change that may be coming around the corner! Mr. Bonucci will also address the role he envisions the newly announced International Anti-Corruption Prosecutorial Taskforce could  take in the fight against corruption as well as how other states within the EU  are continuing to work toward ethical business and compliance.
