Rosa Rosanelli is currently Vice President, Head of Compliance for Patria Group, an international provider of defense, security and aviation life cycle support services, technology solutions and pilot training.
A Lawyer specialized in export controls, Rosa has analyzed and actively contributed to the resolution of legal and compliance issues within several European defense companies, including foreign affiliates of US companies.
Member of several groups of experts, she chairs the Export Control Committee of the European Aerospace and Defense Industry Association, ASD, she is author of several legal publications, including a Handbook on US Export Controls explained to European exporters. She is a member of the editorial board of the “Strategic Trade Review”, a peer-reviewed specialized review on export controls and sanctions.
Rosa is also Project Manager for the “Trade Compliance Project”, a joint cooperation between Patria and Kongsberg Groups.
