Josh Birenbaum is a Research and Policy Analyst with TRACE, specializing in ESG policy and compliance issues. Prior to joining TRACE, Mr. Birenbaum was the principal of Joshua Birenbaum Consulting, a research and strategy consulting business, serving a range of clients, including globally-recognized non-profits, think tanks, Fortune 500 companies, and start-ups. Before that, Mr. Birenbaum worked as an attorney in Washington, DC, with a focus on contractual disputes and complex litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2000 and his B.A. from Bard College.
