Most recently, she has served as in-house counsel at Extreme Networks, a leader in providing software-driven networking solutions for enterprise customers. Throughout her career, Cheryl has advised companies on a variety of issues, including data privacy, securities, corporate governance, employment, and compliance. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
