As the European Union advances its efforts to strengthen corporate accountability, two major regulatory developments—the EU Anti-Corruption Directive and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)—are set to reshape compliance expectations for organizations operating in, or with, the EU.

This practical, insight-driven webinar is designed specifically for legal and compliance professionals working in international environments. Join our speaker, Nicola Bonnuci, Member of the Board of the Basel Institute on Governance, to gain a clear understanding of how these directives intersect and what they mean for your organization’s approach to ethics, transparency, and responsible business conduct.
Nicola will share important details on:

• The key requirements and objectives of each directive
• Where the overlaps create new compliance risks—and opportunities for alignment
• The business functions and risk areas that demand increased scrutiny
• Concrete, actionable steps you can begin implementing now

This session focuses on real-world application, helping you translate complex regulatory updates into practical strategies for your internal teams.

Come prepared with your questions—and leave with a roadmap for compliance readiness.
