Ernesto leads the team responsible for AI, digitalization, and tools across Ericsson’s compliance organization. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry - including five years focused on digitalization and simplification initiatives in legal and compliance - Ernesto combines Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise with strong digital transformation capabilities. In his role, Ernesto drives the implementation of future-proof solutions to address complex challenges across Ericsson’s legal and compliance landscape.
Currently part of Ericsson’s compliance organization, Dominic develops AI solutions, automations, and applications that strengthen third-party compliance management. With over 14 years of IT experience spanning business analysis, HRIS, enterprise systems, and process optimization, Dominic has led complex implementations, custom global health and safety mobile applications, and business systems teams supporting major infrastructure projects. Dominic's current focus is on harnessing AI and automation to help Ericsson manage compliance more efficiently, accurately, and proactively.
