Intensive, on-the-ground due diligence investigation
TRACEreview is an intensive, on-site review of higher risk relationships or relationships for which significant “red flags” have already been identified. Conducted by an experienced attorney, a TRACEreview investigation results in a detailed written report. TRACEreview is available to both TRACE members and non-members and includes:
- On-the-ground due diligence review
- In-person interviews and site visits
- Meeting with local U.S. Embassy
- Thorough review of intermediaries’ business operations
- In person-training of key employees
- Local public records search, including litigation and criminal records where available
