Reporting to the Director, Compliance Training & Accreditation and bi-lingual in English and Spanish, the Accreditation and Curriculum Development Specialist will oversee the TRACE Accreditation programs and provide general support with TRACE content development and TRACE member course customization requests.
An integral member of the Compliance Training team, the core focus of the Accreditation and Curriculum Development Specialist will be overseeing TRACE’s Accreditation programs (TASA – TRACE Anti-Bribery Specialist Accreditation and ABCE – Anti-Bribery Compliance Essentials Certificate) on a daily basis, processing new student registrations, engaging with graduates and student renewals as well as supporting with the updating/building of course content to support both programs. The Accreditation and Curriculum Development Specialist will also be responsible for TRACE webinar outreach, speaker coordination and the scheduling and conversion of the same into course content.
This role will also be called on to support with the development of TRACE content, implementation of TRACE member course customizations and to support with the deployment/delivery of training/content through the TRACE Learning Management System (LMS) to any customers/members in Spanish as required.
Possessing a background in eLearning, training and content development, the Accreditation and Curriculum Specialist will possess excellent communication, project management, technical and customer service skills. The ideal person for this role will be tech-savvy, a quick learner, detail-oriented and welcome the challenge of working in an ever-evolving landscape. This position will require a knowledge of eLearning content and course building software and best practices. TRACE is seeking an experienced, pro-active, full-time Systems Administrator to join our growing IT Department. The successful candidate must have excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be able to use their knowledge and experience to provide end user support for our Annapolis office and cloud-hosted web applications. This position is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of all TRACE desktop computers, servers, and local area networks. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will maintain the availability of existing technology infrastructure to identify and advise management on the technology lifecycle by providing research and development, proactive risk identification and business technology innovation.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support activities, such as Disaster Recovery testing. Although Remote/ Hybrid work is authorized, candidate must live in the DC, MD, VA area.
