Harris Toengkagie: is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group and has been involved in various complex litigation cases. He has extensive experience in Employment, Real Estate and Competition Law. 

 

He has represented prominent clients in various litigation cases, including in commercial civil cases, state administrative disputes, land issues, class actions, general election disputes and the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. These include representing a power plant company in the state administrative court related to its licenses. He has also been involved in various employment cases, including several mass termination cases (one of which affected more than 500 employees), industrial relation disputes in Industrial Relation Courts, and has assisted some clients in an internal investigation related to a potential violation of the company’s code of conduct and policy. In the Real Estate sector, he has been involved in various land acquisitions, including a major land acquisitions project for an area of approximately 85 hectares for infrastructure projects. In the Competition Law sector, he has been involved in various competition cases, including a case related to the shareholdings of two major Indonesian telecommunications service providers brought by the Indonesian Business Competition Board.
