Summary of Allegations:

Summary of Allegations:

In September 2005, Basil Al Jarah, a Unaoil executive, allegedly met with Laurent Poidevin, then sales and marketing VP for FMC Technologies.  At the meeting, Al Jarah allegedly convinced FMC Technologies to hire Unaoil to allegedly obtain a contract to install between four and six new loading arms at a major port in Kuwait.

The agreed upon consultancy agreement allegedly contained commitment of 10% by FMC Technologies to be passed onto another company for making introductions, to Unaoil to be passed onto "the big cheese in Kuwait," and to Unaoil to be split internally.

Poidevin allegedly had no problems with the terms of the commitment as long as it is not made out in individual names.  At the end of the meeting, Poidevin allegedly indicated that he will run the commitment by his CEO and send the commitment email to be signed by both parties.
