Resource Center
TRACE maintains an online Resource Center for its members. The Resource Center contains primary and secondary legal resources, including information on anti-bribery laws and regulations in more than fifty countries, summaries of recent bribery cases and enforcement actions, and links to country profiles and topic briefs. Members also have access to TRACE “best practices” benchmarking surveys and research, including the TRACE guidebook series.

As part of its Resource Center, TRACE maintains Country Bulletins and Gifts and Hospitality Guidelines. These summaries of local legal issues are prepared by TRACE partner firms around the world. Country Bulletins address the questions that in-house counsel and compliance officers should ask before working with commercial intermediaries overseas and can help management identify issues that should be raised with local counsel. Gifts and Hospitality Guidelines provide information on local monetary thresholds, if any, for gifts and meals to be given to local government officials.

TRACE appreciates the support and pro bono legal services provided by its partner firms, which include major international law firms and numerous smaller, specialized firms. Biographies and contact information for each partner firm - one firm per country - are also listed on the Resource Center, providing an easy reference source for TRACE members.
